Nathan Bussberg | Founder & CEO
He founded Aileron Group with the sole purpose to help people realize their potential and unlock their capabilities. Nathan is known for his stoic personality and calm demeanor. He enjoys helping individuals, teams, and companies from being a Start-Up to Industry Leader.
Nathan has his degree in Psychological Sciences with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis, Human-Factor Psychology, and Cognitive Behavior Theory. Nathan utilizes his deep understanding of human behavior and thought processes to go beyond traditional tactics. He applies a fresh perspective and innovative solutions to anticipate customer needs, develop people, and create effective leadership strategies.
Nathan’s passion stems from poor leadership and high turnover that floods current business operations. He forged his first opportunity towards leadership due to poor management. Remarkably, even as a 16-year-old high school student, he assumed a senior management role for a company with over 150 employees. He’s been honing his craft and methodologies ever since. Now, well-versed in human behavior and leadership practices , Nathan aims to eradicate poor leadership and improve dysfunctional organizations. The companies he has served, have seen increased profits and productivity, raised company morale, and decreased turnover.
In his spare time, Nathan enjoys spending time with his significant other, Draya and their golden retriever, Rookie. He enjoys watching anything sports related & playing ultimate frisbee, recreationally.
